Like Smoke // October 2016

I came across loads of pictures on Instagram that inspired me a lot to try something different with my photography. So this time I wanted to capture for example, the smoke of the cigarette.

This was actually harder than I thought because we were outside and there was a lot of wind.

But eventually I got the photos that I really wanted and of course I had to edit them in black and white because I think it brings out the contrast of the smoke even more. Also, some of the photo's I took (especially the ones with the brick wall) make me think of the UK Tv series "Skins" haha!

Graffiti Series // March 2016

In the beginning of this year I decided to do some more projects for my photography portfolio.
So on a Saturday I met up with Sophie Wolf and Loes van der Heijden, who were my models for the day. I had this great location in mind, an awesome graffiti wall. Later as we decided to go into town to take some more pictures, we stumbled upon this black brick wall, which was a really cool contrast.
I'm quite pleased with the results and I already have some nice ideas for future projects.

Autumn Walk

On a Sunday my family and I went for an Autumn walk through the woods to this lovely restaurant

and I decided to bring my camera with me. We ordered some 'bitterballen' which are a typical Dutch snack.  It was a beautiful sunny day and the air outside was crisp, which created those cozy vibes that are just perfect for Autumn.
